1) Order delivery and processing times
After your order is placed on our website, we coordinate and process your order with our suppliers. The average processing time is approximately 1 to 5 business days.
After shipment from our warehouse, the delivery time is approximately 10-20 days to Europe and USA. Depending on where you are in the world, this could be longer.
Since we ship directly from different warehouses in Asia, this means your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Please note: Processing time can also be affected by national holidays around the world.
You items will be shipped with Registered Air Mail and when your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a Tracking Number by email. You can track your order here.
3) Items will arrive in their original packaging
Items may be packaged or labelled differently than seen on this website to save on marketing cost, and this savings is passed on directly to you.
Our team of professional potters reviews catalogs from hundreds of suppliers across a variety of categories to provide an expansive product offering.
Please ensure to note product sizes and dimensions before ordering. We work diligently to ensure that all products are accurately described and measurements provided. Some product photos are zoomed in to show details and may appear larger on your computer screen than the actual product size.
4) All orders are inspected for quality control
We only work with suppliers that guarantee inspection of products for quality control before shipment. We work to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

We work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that was purchased from us and find that it is not as described or is defective, please contact us as soon as possible (within 2 days maximum) after receiving your delivery. We will offer you a full refund, or resend you some replacements - which ever you prefer! If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund.
